Customizing error messages
Does Jazz/RTC allow customization of error messages?
For example, when the user does not belong to JazzUsers, they get an error 'Could Not save the work item, user ssss does not have the permission to perform the operation. JazzUser Repository permission is required to perform this operation.' If I am able to append this text 'Please click here to request permission' [Here == is a link], it would be great.

You can configure what message is shown in the same place the required properties are configured: Project Area Editor -> Process Configuration tab -> Team Configuration -> Operation Behavior: select 'Save Work Item (server)' row in the Everyone column (or where you want to configure the required properites).
When you now select the 'Required Properties' entry in the Preconditions section, you can edit the name and the description of the advisor. The description will show up in the Team Advisor view as 'Reason'.
