Hello.
The integration was broken for a very long time (DATA LOSS: After migrating from RTC 4.0.2 eclipse client extension to 4.0.3 all Favorites are broken and cannot be repaired (274404)), but has been fixed now for RSA 9.1. I am using the p2install option for RTC (available in the All Downloads section for RTC) and install it into RSA via the Install New Software menu.

After that you can source control your models and use cool features such as model compare; or deliver any other file you manage in your workspace to SCM.
