Problem communicating with the IBM Rational Reporting Server - RRDI

We have installed RRDI 2.0.6 for CLM 4.0.6. Now I am integrating them.
Now I am facing one strange issue.
I am able to import sample reports in CCM (Shared Reports)  successfully but I am not able to run the report and getting below error when I ran it :

Problem communicating with the IBM Rational Reporting Server. Check network connectivity and ensure the server location is properly set in the Advanced Properties page.

I have made reporting URL entry in Advance Properties for jts , ccm and qm as below :
http://ratsuite198-rrdi.sby.ibm.com:9080/reporting/servlet/dispatch for Field "Reporting Server URL".

Can you please guide me to fix the issue ?
