I don't understand the question. What is a "differently BD Jazz"? You might want to rephrase your question if you are interested in an answer.

As indicated  @Hakki Bozkurt I mean a database ....

This database is created in Microsoft Access and has approximately 300 services.
Services that are to be placed in a workitem by a list of enumeration.

And we want this enumeration list is not automatically and manually feed.

I hope you can help me.

RTC provides a HTTP filtered value set - reading XML from a web site to do this. See https://jazz.net/help-dev/clm/index.jsp?topic=%2Fcom.ibm.team.workitem.doc%2Ftopics%2Ft_configuring_http_filtered_value_set.html and https://jazz.net/library/article/1257 this is going to store a string
