Can you provide some more details? I see a couple of places in the Process Configuration tab for a Project Area where an admin (or someone with appropriate privileges) can make some alterations regarding approvals.
From your change sets, you can right-click and do "Submit for Review". This prompts with a dialog where you can Select approvers for the change sets along with a Subject and Due Date and RTC will generate an approval of type Review. The default text seems to be "Review" for the Subject. We'd like to change that to default to "Code review".
Dashboards and work items are no longer publicly available, so some links may be invalid. We now provide similar information through other means.
