Can the title of the Choose Enumeration Literal popup be customized?

When using the Select attribute type the popup has the title "Choose Enumeration Literals."  Not a very helpful title as most of my users will not know what an "Enumeration Literal" is. 

Can these popup titles be customized per literal set?

(Also, I had a screen capture ready to add to this question, but I didn't have enough reputation points to add it.  Quite an annoying little feature IMHO.)

While I think the answer to your question is "no", I've dropped the reputation required to upload a file/image to 11 (the number of points you would have after signing up and validating your email address) and gifted you 10 more points to cover the spread. Sorry for the inconvenience.
