Issue with Bulk Move Work Items plugin v4.0

I am not able to get this plugin to function.

I am using Server v4.0 and Eclipse Client v4.0 my test environment, so both Server and Client versions are 4.0.

Downloaded the plugin from https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Main/BulkMoveWorkItemsBetweenProjectAreasInRTC4 .
Unzipped, copied 2 jar files into C:\Program Files\IBM\TeamConcert_40\scmtools\eclipse\plugins overwriting existing files. Started Eclipse with -clean option.

When selecting multiple work items, the Move/Copy option is not available -- grayed out.
Am I missing something ?

Can someone take a look at it?

Thanks Sam, after installing into RTC-Client-Win-4.0\jazz\client\eclipse\plugins the plugin works fine. Appreciate your help !

I would have put them in
RTC-Client-Win-4.0\jazz\client\eclipse\plugins
for the Eclipse UI.. not scmtools

I use the zipped client bundle, not the IM install bundle, but there should still be a client/eclipse folder
