RQM3.0:Can't save project area when add project member,error: invalid UUID ,but delete the member can save project area.

Please verify the below:
1) Operational behavior( Preconditions and followup actions) set for the Workitems.

2) Check the Team Configuration permissions for WorkItems for the Role assigned to the user.
