Changing work item attributes

Hi,

Is there any possibility to change work item attribute names? I 've already changed some of them (Severity, Priority..), but when I change the name of attribute Filled against or Tags, and want to create new work item, that new named attributes dissapeared!

Is that possible to do it, if it is, how?
