How to get process configuration xml via OSLC

I can view this source in RTC client, in project area. My question is how to get it in program via OSLC web service?

Currently, process configuration source information doesn't support retrieved from rest service. Please file an enhancement to Jazz Foundation Process if you think it is mandatory to you.

There is a (non-OSLC) REST API for Process documented here:
https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Main/DraftTeamProcessRestApi

but I don't see that it exposes the process configuration source.
