Logging of authorized licenses (calLogFile.csv) shows wrong licenses types

Dieter Paul (10311620) | asked Jul 03 '14, 1:44 a.m.
We have a standard IBM system with JTS, CCM, RM, QM.

There isnt' any RDM or RELM installed

We imported authorized licenses for CLM, RELM and RDM (to keep all of our systems equal).

The users have all 3 licenses assigned.

When now looking to the log file of the authorized licenses, we see a lot of entries were
"Application"=CLM, "Product"=DesignManager", "CAL"= DesignManager

Also some with RELM Licenses and only a few with CLM (Practitioner)
The user are only working  with CLM

Any idea what is going wrong?

It seems that this is a feature, not a bug :-(

Reason is, that also the RDM and RELM licenses contains license for some CLM operations.

So, if a user perform an CLM action which is allowed with all 3 license type, it isn't defined which of them will be used by the system.
