Unable to configure the default widgets on to RQM dashboard (v4.0.3)

We are able to add the default widgets on the RQM dashboard. However When configuring default widgets onto RQM dashboard, we get the below error.

Hi Rajesh,

There is an issue with the Test Cases (Live) report in 4.0.3, it will display an error if there are no Test Cases associated with a Test Plan.  The workaround is to link at least one Test Case with a Test Plan in the project area.  If the workaround doesn't work, please contact IBM support to start an investigation.
