Workitem states do not update on Taskboard view

When I drag a workitem on the Task board view. The state does not automatically update. It often requires a second drag before the update is completes. Is this behavior known, and what is the best method to see the updates state without multiple drags?

Could you provide more information such as:

- RTC version

- what web browser and the versions you use

- what's the process template

- if the issue is happened to other users

- if the issue applies to all work item types ...
