Enumeration values for Priority attribute not fetched in RTC

Hi all,

I have an unconfigured process template and created a couple of workitems. However I do not see the priority values of the item displayed in both eclipse & web UI.

It says retrieving.. however the values aren't displayed.

Seems to be a strange behaviour as it's a built in attribute.

RTC Version : 4.0.5

This happens to me intermittently on RTC 5 and 6, too (always with custom attributes, though)! I haven't found a solution yet, have you?

We have seen this "retrieving..." symptom in various cases, and it's better to do some client side tracing (Firebug) to find out more details about it.
