Hi,

We are getting the below error when running the CLM Setup. The system throws the same error when tried to install Installation Manager. Referred to the technote below and tried. But still the same issue.

Note: The team has HP QTP and QC already running. They wanted to evaluate the RQM tool and showcase a demo to management on migrating from HP to Rational Products.

The installation is for evaluation purpose.

Hi,
If you are using Windows 2003 Server R2 x64, try to follow these technote; http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21584380
It is from RPE, however you can use the same solution, however passing dinamically: -Xmx1024m to -Xmx725m

Also,
there are several known compatibility issues between Eclipse (IM uses it) and QTP, including the technote below, which explains a little an issue with environment variables causing this issue: http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?rcss=faqtt_2Q09&uid=swg21327744
