What happens when the test plan owner is NOT a member of the project?

When creating a Test Plan, the owner can be set as any person who is having an ID in JAZZ.  What happens when a Test Plan Owner is set to a person that is recognized as having a JAZZ ID but is NOT a member to the Project that the Test Plan is in?   Is It possible to ONLY alow the selectable 'owners' be just those people that also have membership in the project?

Hi Adrienne,

There is no way currently to restrict  RQM  Test artifact owner to be only project area members.

It is closed to an Enhancement Request
