RTC Eclipse Client freeze (not responding)

Hi,

We're using RTC 4.0.6 server on windows 7 server, VM.
Also we have Eclipse installed on a win 7 client on machine other than server itself.
The problems we experience:
- eclipse constantly freeze ('not responding' status)
- internal error on 'update changes' - need to close eclipse client.

We have a very big sandbox (31 GB, 282K files), and tried increasing eclipse memory to 1.5 GB.

We don’t see any problems on Server side.

Follow the instructions in these two documents to collect some diagnostics. Note the some instructions are specifically targeted WebSphere.
If you don't know how to analyze the Java diagnostics, you will need to contact IBM Support.
