Is there a way to create Creation Date and Creation Time Attributes in RRC?

My stakeholder would like to add attributes to the RRC requirement to display the date the requirement was added to the system. The would like a second attribute which displays the time.

I have explained that these details are available in the history, but they would like the details broken out into attributes. I see there is are Date, DateTime and Time Artifact Data Types. I do not see a way for the system to populate them with the initial values upon artifact creation.

Please advise,

Now there is a system attribute "Created On" that includes both the date and time the artifact was created, as well as by whom with the "Created By" attribute. This attribute can be used in filters and well as added as a view column.

Is this available only in Doors NG 5? I am currently working with RRC 4.0.4

No it is available in earlier versions. It you choose to add columns to a grid view it should be one of the listed attributes.
