Dashboard and WI customization

Hi,

I have created a customized WI of support task type, in which each developer can raise their quarries related with the tools and technologies to the Sr. Technology and Tools Consultants. Many developer has the same quarries but they have no idea about others problem (like if they are having similar problem or a different one).
So I want to have a blog mechanism to display all the quarries related with support task which can be flashed on the dashboard and comments can be written by anyone within the organization and even before creating support task by developer, they can search for similar quarries also.

Ho can I customize it, to have a blog view for a specific type of task.????

Thanks and Regards
Shruti

 Hello,
not sure what you're trying to do here.
- display, in a widget, all the recent queries run by developers ?
- try to find duplicated of a given support task type?
- other?

(sorry, but the more detailed the question, the more accurate the answer :)

I think you want a workitem query gadget that runs a pre-defined query which searches and organizes the list of support task workitems.

search from the dashboard is a little harder..
I'm not aware of a blog type presentation for workitems.
