RTC - Hide if Empty option does not work properly anymore

Alberto Teodoro (6632638) | asked Jun 21 '14, 4:02 a.m.

Hi,

I would like to hide old obsolete attribute if they are empty.

If I try to configure this option (in the presentatio editor configuration) in my Development Environment, where we have CLM 4.0.5, and the feature works properly: I can see the attributes so configured, only if they are not empty (null).

In my Production Environment instead, where I have CLM 4.0.6, the Hide if Empty option causes the impossibility to view anymore the attribute, both if it's an empty one that a filled one previously.

This a problem for me also, because I can't hide attributes that I calculate by scripting: I have always to show them also if they are empty.

Anyone has noticed this behaviour, too?

Ciao

Alberto

This is a defect https://jazz.net/jazz/web/projects/Rational%20Team%20Concert#action=com.ibm.team.workitem.viewWorkItem&id=312203 which has been fixed in RTC 5.0.

Hi Lily,

many thanks for the answer.

Can I ask a fix for 4.0.6?

We have updated CLM to 4.0.6 from 4.0.5 in April.

Ciao

Alberto

 Hi Alberto,

You may need to create a support ticket to check if the hotfix can be provided.
Cheers.
