Where is the template used by Requirement Management when sending out reviewing emails?

PROBLEM: RM emails are blocked by our gateway for containing wrong "headers"

I need to view this the template and furthermore is it possible to change/view the <hard coded> headers? 

Modify the gateway: impossible, corporate restriction
Use another SMTP: impossible, corporate restriction
Test email from system: works
Invite to join team in CCM: works, emails sent out
System affected: only RM

JAZZ CCM-RM-QM: 4.0.4 and update to latest version not allowed
