Jazz.net 403 error when downloading file
Hello,
I am getting a 403 Forbidden error page when I try to download Rational Insight. These are the specific files:

https://jazz.net/downloads/rational-insight/releases/1.1.1.3/Ratl_Insight_Win64-1.1.1.3.disk2.zip
How can I resolve this issue?
I'd prefer to not clog the forum with this, but I received a user-not-found email in the forward chain when I emailed info@jazz.net so I'm not certain if my request there got to anyone.

Does the "your download should begin in a moment" page show up?
I was able to download using that link directly rather than waiting for it to download automatically.
I didn't get the 403 error but it did seem to redirect to an unrelated page.
It is likely a temporary problem that will clear itself up shortly.
