You cannot delete this attribute data type because it is system defined

I get the following error when trying to delete some data attribute types, following a failed ReqIf import.

For some reason some of the data-types are defined as system defined.

How do I delete these?

In all of the affected project areas, I have deleted all artifacts, modules, artifact types, artifact attributes. There just seem to be some attribute data types that wont delete

Some types are indeed system defined, and such types will be merged during a ReqIF import, so you don't need to delete them if you want to to ReqIF import again.
What particular types that you believe should not be system defined?

It is some types that were created during a ReqIf import that I am trying to delete which seem to have now called themselves system defined.
