Why, after upgrading to Build Forge 8, access to https://:8443 stopped working
I have upgraded to Build Forge 8 and access to https://<doamain>:8443 stopped working. When I make a request to the url I get a 404 http error message.
I ran
I ran
netstat -tulpn | grep 8443, and Tomcat is listening on this port.
Also ran
nmap -v -sT localhost and port 8443 is open.
I also checked file ./server/tomcat/conf/server.xml and ssl is active for 8443.
I would appreciate your help.
Thank you,

You should open a PMR with support. I've run multiple upgrades and not had this issue.
Suport is going to ask for the services layer logs (look in the logs directory at the jas*.log files) so to speed things along have those ready.

hi Robert,
I'm an IBM employee working on an internal project, how ca I open a PMR with support (what is PMR?)
Thank you,
You can create a PMR here: https://www-947.ibm.com/support/servicerequest/Home.action
In order to submit a PMR I need an IBM customer number, do you know how can i get one as an IBM employee? Thank you
