Why, after upgrading to Build Forge 8, access to https://:8443 stopped working

Alejandro Lucero (111) | asked May 12 '14, 12:16 p.m.
I have upgraded to Build Forge 8 and access to https://<doamain>:8443 stopped working. When I make a request to the url I get a 404 http error message.

I ran netstat -tulpn | grep 8443, and Tomcat is listening on this port.
Also ran
nmap -v -sT localhost and port 8443 is open.

I also checked file ./server/tomcat/conf/server.xml and ssl is active for 8443.

I would appreciate your help.

Thank you,

You should open a PMR with support.  I've run multiple upgrades and not had this issue.

Suport is going to ask for the services layer logs (look in the logs directory at the jas*.log files) so to speed things along have those ready.
