RTRT 8.0.0.4 -RQM 4.0.5 Integration Error.

Hi,

I am trying to integrate RTRT-RQM but getting following error-Please refer screenshot. I tried searching on web and followed the changes required but no success.

The Environment detail :

OS: Windows Server 2008 Enterprise (SP1)

RTRT v 8.0.0.4

RQM v 4.0.5

Looks like the RQM user credentials used for the RTRT adapter does not have sufficient permissions to access the project area.

Hi Paul,

As per the information available on web, I gave permission to RQM user for the project area.

Also replicated same environment on windows 7, XP and the adapter worked without any specific user permission configuration.
