Exporting Multiple Test Cases with Test Scripts/Steps

 Using RQM 4.0.3 (yes, old but what we have at the moment), is there a way using REST API or such, to export out of RQM a group of Test Cases and their Test Scripts, for offline execution?

I do know that you can run a single Test Case offline, but not multiple, and then use the RQM Excel Import tool... but what about multiple test cases/scripts?

This output needs to be sent to Business Unit or others without access to RQM, and don't want access to RQM.

Shaule,

Only Test Case can be prepared to run offline and RQMExcelImport tool can only import Test case for offline execution. REST API supports CURD operation for exectionresult and it can be used to build some tool but RQM doesn't support it as ready to use feature.
