Are there tutorials for non-technical people using RTC?

I am the new guy on a new project that will be providing user support for mobile applications and devices. Our team will be using RTC to collaborate on communication materials, FAQ, user manuals, user tips and best practices kinds of things.

I am looking for stripped down tutorials for non-technical people using RTC Web UI to collaborate.

Thanks for your help,
TC

Hi Tad,

you might also want to check RTC videos from Rational User Education:
it contains both high-level and detailed/technical information on the product.

For non-technical people, starting with Videos on jazz and RTC concepts and overview could be straightforward.
There are many videos in Education site:http://www.youtube.com/user/IBMRationalUE

and I have tried to pick up some for you:

IBM Rational Team Concert

Introduction to IBM Rational Team Concert v4.x Dashboards

At the end, you may then need some hands on and "Getting started tutorial" suggested by Piotr can be the one or you may feel comfortable to continue viewing the videos:
