Making a project in RRC show as "My Project" so I can modify artifact types

Simon Lapscher (833) | asked May 06 '14, 11:51 a.m.

I created a new project, however it is showing up under "All Projects" and not as "My projects". When I try to modify artifact types, attributes, etc. it is not letting me edit anything. However, when I do that with a project that shows up under "My Projects", it does let me modify all of these.

How can I change this project from "All Projects" to "My projects"?

Thanks!

 Simon,

It sounds like you may need to add yourself as a Member of this project area, or else you need to be granted a Process Role.

If you are currently accessing this project area, you should be able to click on the Cog button in the top-right corner of the screen, and select "Manage This Project Area".  From here, you should add yourself as a Member of this project area, and make sure that you are assigned a Process Role such as "Administrator" or "Author".

Hope this helps!

Hello Simon,

One thing to check, you may be defined as an Administrator, but can you verify that you are a member of the project area as well and that you have Administrator rights as a member as well?

That would be the first place to check.
