I want to do a relative query in Defects work item in RTC between two attributes. For example: I want a query result such as to display all work items defects for which Due Date > Modified Date. Is this possible in RTC query editor? is there any other way to query in RTC like writing SQL query?

I don't think this is possible today. I found this existing enhancement request to which you can add your comments
