Mail Notifications for Subscribers stops working when increasing interval to more than 600 seconds

RTC sends notification mails to subscribes with 600 seconds interval. If we decrease the number from 600 seconds to any number, sending mail functionality does not work.

Hi Serdar,
Do you have any error messages in jts.log or in ccm.log after reducing this interval?

Another question: what is the reason you want to decrease this value?

 Serdar,

Check with the mail administrator. Maybe there is some limit as to how many notifications from a single application can be sent and you are hitting that so it blocks it from sending.
