Formatting Text in Work Item Descriptions

Kevin Zemanek (2454825) | asked Apr 01 '09, 5:20 p.m.
I recently stumbled on the fact that in a work item description in the Eclipse client (1.0.1.1) you can use CTRL-B for bold and CTRL-I for italics. This is very handy as the formatting also shows up in the web client.

1) Where is this documented?
2) Are there other formatting options available?
3) Where else does this work?

Hi klzemanek,

Go to 'Edit' menu, and you can see the following five menus.

- Cut (Ctrl + X)
- Copy (Ctrl + C)
- Paste (Ctrl + V)
- Bold (Ctrl + B)
- Italic (Ctrl + I)

I believe those're all for formatting.

Thanks. It would be great if the wiki syntax were available more broadly.
