Customizing error message in RQM

Hi ,

   I want to customize the error message in RQM.Can I do ?Please share any link or supporting document with me.

Scenario is suppose I want to create a Test Artifact , in a Team Area , where I am not memeber of the Team, while saving the artifact I am getting an error message like "Permission denied with some code and text"

In stead of that I want to have an error mesage which will give the user complete information.
