Hello,

I need to import several CQTM defects to RTC 4.0.5. I need some detailed guidance on how to do this, including how to invoke CQImport. In particular, I have a few queries -

a) Can I import histories and attachments at one go with rest of defect data?

b) The field values in CQTM and RTC set up differ in many cases - including state / status. How and when do I do the data mapping?

c) I need to import large tect attributes like description. How can I do that using CQImport?

Your help is greatly appreciated.
