RTC Client 4.05 on Linux RH : Invalid Segment error when migrating workspace

I am trying to migrate my workspace from windows to Linux RH. All of my repository workspaces are throwing errors similar to " Invalid segment "\Project Workbook" in [\Project Workbook]" . It will not let me unload or even reload the workspace from the respository.
