Dashboards not present after restoring jts database.

Hi,

We have an RTC test server used for managing our production environment and following two odd behaviors occur.
  1. None of the dashboards actually save on the test server. The Save button does light up once a dashboard  edit is made and when it's clicked the indication is that the dashboard is saved. But in fact it's actually not saved.
  2. We have restored both the JTS and CCM databases from our production server to this test server. However, odd thing is that the dashboards as presented through RTC on test server are not what we see on production server.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
