How to link multiple work items to a requirment at the same time using "Tracked By"?

I would like to link multiple work items to a single requirement at the same time? Is there any way to do this? right now I am only able to select one work item at a time.

I couldn't find a way to do this from either application, but found the following enhancement which would enable you to do this from the RM side if implemented. As you've probably found, you can currently only select a single work item from this dialog.

Need multi-select capability in the OSLC picker dialog (205691)
