Project Member Availablity Demand Reporting

With CLM V4.0.2 are there any standard reports or queries that could be used to report on the availability and % utilised of team members?

eg
Views such as the below would be useful.
Total Resource demand by week vs capacity
Team Resource demand by week vs capacity
The ability to report on individual projects – time spent vs time allocated / time allocated vs capacity

Or is this something that is only possible Via RRDI or Insight. Would sufficient data be available for extraction and reporting?
