In one of the client environment where RTC and RQM seem to be running fine for the last few years without any issues.

Both are configured as standalone servers using different JTS servers.
The back-end is configured to use Oracle Database.
Version: 3.0

Recently we are experiencing some issues with respect to RTC, where the service will go to a hung state (Out of memory issue on Tomcat) . Restarting the service will solve this issue.

Sometimes we will have to restart the server itself. With Respect to RQM the pages are loading slowly.

Looking for some valuable inputs and suggestions / troubleshooting tips.

Note: I suppose space could be an issue. How much space should be allocated for RTC and RQM to run fast.

Hi Anoop,
Following technote is good point to start: http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21607533. Especially output from wait tool could be useful here.

Let us know if you have any further questions.
