RTC 4.0.5 ISPF Client Connect To Project Area System Error

Hi,

We have installed/configured RTC 4.0.5 ISPF Client. when we are trying the Repository Connection.
We are getting the SYSTEM error on the top and  | Unexpected THEN or ELSE |  on the bottom of the connect to Project Area Panel.

Please find the /u/jazz405/logs/ISPF_log0.log.0 below.
