RRDI 2.0.6 and Dynamic Cubes

As RRDI 2.0.6 works with Cognos 10.2.1, and as Cognos 10.2.1 brings out something like Dynamic Cubes Technology, my question is:

Does RRDI also support this Dynamic Cubes Technology for DW reports?

RRDI does not include any modelling tools such as Cognos Framework designer, Data Manager, etc...
Rational Insight does have some (as above), but Insight either does not have cube modelling tools such as Cognos Transformer or Cube Designer. My suggestion is to download a trial version of Cognos 10.2.1 then evaluate these features with CLM data source (relational database). Hope it helps.
