how to figure out your RTC version when using the plugin to eclipse?

We are looking to set a "minimum client" version soon and are getting questions on how to determine what version of the client they are using.   If using just the Eclipse client (installed RTC via rtc eclipse repo), About -> help gives you the version (like I have 4.0.0.1 and 4.0.5 installed).

If they are using an existing Eclipse and installing into that, how can we map the version found in the Eclipse Installation Details window to an RTC version?  For example, one person says that their Rational Team Concert Client Feature says "3.1.101" which he says is RTC 4.0.0.2.  Another says "3.0.7.RTC-I20130...".  Is there a mapping somewhere?

I believe that if you go to Installation details, and click on the RTC feature, it will show you the exact version.
