Projects keep disappearing on the Web UI

We have RTC configured and installed using Websphere and LDAP ... We seem to be loosing the project areas on the web quite frequently - we login on the web and see a "loading ....." on the projects area.

If I login with the RTC client the projects are there.

Is there a known issue perhaps with websphere / ldap ... has anybody else experienced this and knows how to resolve.

We're currently having to monitor and restart both websphere and ldap to republish the projects in the web ui.
