Way to extract permissions?

In RTC (v4.0.1), is there a way to extract the Permissions tables (Team config primarily) so that I can evaluate and confirm all the permissions in a spreadsheet? I am accessing the configuration through both the web client as well as through Eclipse. Copying the text will give me the permissions sets, but won't tell me if it is permitted for the roles. Manually parsing the XML is a non-trivial approach, but if someone can give me some pointers (and there is no other way) I might give that a try.

I have a fairly large project with 10 different roles, nine different work items, and a host of attributes, and I need to make sure there is consistency as well as a quick way to document.

Thanks Arun. It's a darn shame that capability is not available.

The function still does not exist in 6.0.5 and above ?

It doesn't make sense to me that this doesn't exist -- you've GOT to be able to work with the database on the backside yourselves... making that available to the administrators should be a no-brainer!
