Limited view of workflow states based on permissions

Hello,

one of my clients would like to configure the following scenario:
A user with the role "XY", who is not able to trigger the workflow action e.g. "Start Working", shall not see this workflow action once choosing any workflow status within a work item.
Only once the user clicks on "save", then there is a error message that the necessary permissions are missing.

It would be nice to provide only the possible workflow actions based on the user role / permissions in the workflow status dropdown.

Do you have any idea how to configure this? (RTC Version 4.0.1 or 4.0.2)

I don't think this is currently possible with RTC.
might be the feature you're looking for.
