I'm trying to create a storyboard from an existing sketch but the sketch won't display in the storyboard interface. i can link the storyboard to the user interface sketch but nothing displays so i can edit. there is a similar question here https://jazz.net/forum/questions/106602/storyboard-wont-pull-in-existing-sketch-artifacts but the answers do not solve the problem.

Which browser are you using? I get the same symptom as you if I try Firefox version 24.x (which is unsupported). If I try with IE8 (which happen to be the version installed) my sketch will show up.

Actually, I tried with Firefox ESR 17.0.10 and Firefox ESR 24.3.0 which is supported and this seems to work. So I believe you might be running an unsupported browser? Supported browsers and versions are listed here:  https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Deployment/CLMSystemRequirements405406#B2_Browsers (This is for RRC version 4.0.5)
