Problem in visualize process diagram in "SANDBOX02"

Please help me I cant watch the process diagram that i created the problem says :
ID CRRRW8010E  The converter application encountered an error that prevented the graphical content from being created or retrieved. This is usually caused by a configuration error for the converter application. It may have missing dependencies or was not started correctly. Ask your administrator to verify the converter application was correctly installed and configured.

Hi,

The resource you linked to is gone, and when I tried another Business Process Diagram on the same server, the page loads as expected.

Could you please try again and if the problem persists, link to the resource with the issue?

Hi Victor,
The converter is a server side application.  The converter is used when you view graphic artifacts in RRC.  When you edit a graphic artifact, that is client side.  Since the viewing is server side, you won't have access to the server to troubleshoot or correct the problem.  There is a "contact us" link in the sandbox page to report problems.  You can post the issue there.

If you can download and install RRC then I'd suggest doing so for testing, and you will be able to use trial licenses that come with the download.
