[closed] JazzHub daily scheduled maintenance?

JazzHub was in scheduled maintenance around 10:30 PM EST, happening for several days. Is this scheduled window everyday? Thanks.

We have added some really great new features this week and have put the site into scheduled maintenance mode to do this.  The scheduled maintenance window from 9-10PM EST is only this week and is only used if we need it.  I do apologize for the inconvenience and we are working diligently to return to our normal and reliable operating schedule.

 Thank you Robin for quick reply. 9-10 PM EST is working morning in China time. Hoping JazzHub will be back in normal soon. Thanks.

 Ok, JazzHub comes up but down gain just now:

JazzHub is currently unavailable
We are currently performing scheduled maintenance and we are working to get it back online as fast as possible."

How are we notified on this schedule maintenances? Because right now I was trying to access Jazz Hub, and I got the error, and some minutes later it was back online.
