We have a few customers using the latest and greatest FF24.3 ESR and several have come to me with simple copy/paste issues into the Comments.  Basically it's not pasting anything.

I still have FF17ESR and it's working fine for me.  Was curious if anyone else has experienced issues?

Customer is using 4.0.5

No problems with FF 24.2 ESR and CLM 4.0.5. Do you know exactly what the users were trying to paste into the Comments - plain text, formatted text, images or something else?

I occasionally have an issue like this: nothing gets pasted into the comment of a workitem. Refreshing the page resolves the issue. I use FF25.
