Hi,
If is possible to create/sync work items between rtc project areas, when a rule is triggered?
Anyone knows if this can be done using the tasktop integration or any other integration?

It is possible to sync the RTC projects when the rule is triggered. Can we know which is the other system between which you wish to integrate RTC? OpsHub supports many connectors for seamless integration. You can check the integrations here.
