Rational Team Concert 1.0.1 Milestone 3 is available for dow

The milestone 3 release of Rational Team Concert 1.0.1 is now available
for download from the jazz.net download page:

The recommended version of Rational Team Concert remains 1.0.0. This
milestone releases is an early access release of 1.0.1 and is intended
for community members who are looking to try out and provide feedback on
the latest development milestone.
